Love It! Skin & Hair Shipping Policy


At Love It! Skin & Hair, our products are handcrafted in small batches. This allows us to focus on freshness, quality, and careful packaging for every order. The information below explains how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time (Before Shipping)

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days under normal conditions. During peak times such as sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Processing time does not include the carrier's transit time once your package has been shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been packed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS – Primary carrier
  • UPS – Secondary option
  • FedEx – Used when needed based on location, weight, or service availability

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on your order weight, destination, and carrier rates. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are made and packed in small batches, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Please review your shipping address and items carefully before completing checkout.

Orders cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created and a tracking number has been issued.

If you notice an error and need to update your address or order details, contact us as soon as possible at support@loveitskinandhair.com with your order number and the correct information. If your order has not yet been packed, we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Love It! Skin & Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship the order to an updated address. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we may offer store credit for the product subtotal (excluding original shipping), provided the products are returned to us unopened and in good condition.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 business days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.

For damaged items, email us at support@loveitskinandhair.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the box, packaging, and affected products. We will help you open a claim with the carrier and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Warm Weather & Product Variations

Our products are made with natural ingredients and may be sensitive to temperature during transit. Slight variations in texture, color, or firmness are normal and do not affect product performance.

If a product softens or melts in warm weather, place it in a cool area or refrigerator for a short time to allow it to firm back up before opening.

Where We Ship

At this time, Love It! Skin & Hair ships orders within the United States. If our shipping locations expand in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
